Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
We offer two thoughtful delivery options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Premium courier service via DHL/FedEx with tracking. Arrives in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing.
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Complimentary EMS service. Arrives in 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for complete room makeovers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility. Our team carefully prepares all international shipments with proper documentation to minimize delays.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on the carrier’s website. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking is available through your local postal service once the package arrives in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with your order number
- We’ll provide return instructions and address
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your decor treasures, but if damage occurs:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your security. We never store your full payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your decor to you promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with “URGENT: Order Change” in the subject line. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process.
