Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Bed Pillows (due to personal hygiene considerations)
- Personalized or custom decorative objects
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package your return securely, including all original packaging and tags. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring your package for its full value
- Including the return authorization number on the package
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artificial flowers, bathroom rugs, or other decor items arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
