We carefully process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to bring our decorative objects, bedding sets, and bathroom accessories to your doorstep:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Bed Pillows (due to personal hygiene considerations)
- Personalized or custom decorative objects
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Item name and reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific item)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely with all original packaging and tags. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring your package for its full value
- Including the return authorization number on the package
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artificial flowers, bathroom rugs, or other decor items arrive damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For our international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
